if you admit offences but the court only deals with the more serious does that still mean both are on record. my reason for asking is i have found that when attending court you are charged with 2 offences which admiteedly i have bith commited the court only listens to the stement of facts on the more serious of the 2 i was wondering even thoguh they only deal with one offence does that still mean both offences are on my record
