I Just found out that I'm 10weeks Pregnant. i Had no Signs or symptons. Weird Right? Well I broke the news to my boyfriend of almost 2years and well he seems excited, Problem is how should i break the news to my family? i'm 18 and i fear that they will be kind of disapointed Because Haaven't started college yet and really haven't gotten far with my life. When should i tell them and how should i prepare for this pregnancy?

Tell them when your're ready. No time is a good time. Just bite your tounge & do it when you meet necessary people like parents, best friends & siblings. They'll get over it because it's your life. It's a million $ q/A. If you 100% decided to keep the child than its your prerogative to raise it as best you can. The people who love you will stick by you when you need it most. Best to cut off bad relationship ASAP. It's simply not meant to be. Someone special will fill that part of your life in due time. Believe me I've been in your shoes...What's important for you right now is get a proper health cheek from your OBGYN/ Dr. ASAP. As for ex/ baby dad he may or may not be worth the trouble. If all fails father unknown is the best name to put on the child birth cert. Even if you don't want to raise this child someone else is more than happy to be the child parents (adoption). An abortion is the last option. Education can be done simultaneously with parenting. Most reputable colleges provide childcare near campus. Many family's / single mums do it. Don't worry dear, with the right help & support from your, family, community & local health care provider you'll survive. I'll all fall into place.Take care of yourself & that baby. Eat & rest well. Cheers, 99

I am in the same position right now. I am 18 (19 when i put down) an 8 weeks pregnant, had no signs or symptoms, with boyfriend for2 years 5 months (really weird) an right now i am scared shitless. I plan to tell them after my first ultrasound on the 30th of this month. I plan just to be brave and come out with it. My boyfriend's family have no problem with it they are excited and they reassured me that if anything happens they will be there for me and the baby. I can't really offer you any kind of ideas right now being that i am in the same position all i can say is be brave with it and don't show fear. I am trying to use that advice right now. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!

Since your boyfriend is excited its probley gonna work out just fine. I would sit down with your parents and your boyfriend and talk to them about it. Then go to your boyfriends parents with him and talk to them. Good Luck and Congratulations.
