Does the U.S. Mint still make them? Are they worth any more than $2. Are they legal tender? Is there such thing as a $3 bill?

They were made as part of a bicentennial set of currency. They aren't printed anymore. They are still legal tender, though

Uncirculated or mint $2 bills can be worth a little more than $2, but not very much.

And no, there isn't a $3 bill

there are canadian $2 bills. They are not made any more but i think it is still legal tender
