Bill Clinton did not get kicked out of office, his term expired. Further he was not impeached because he had an affair. He was impeached because he lied about it under oath. It's called perjury and it is a crime. I don't believe he should have been removed from office because of it, but I do believe he should have been censured for his conduct. As to Mr. Bush he has not been properly accused of any crime. Contrary to what Democrats believe if he is accused and evidence is presented to support that accusation the majority of people will no longer support him, but speculation presented as fact in absence of evidence does not constitute anything close to a crime.

Bill Clinton got the boot because his term was up. You can only be elected to the oval office twice.
He left his post with some positive achievements, among them a recommendation for regime change in Iraq, positive actionable intelligence on WMD's in Iraq, and a superior (though sometimes dysfunctional) intelligence complex.
He also balanced the budget. Not an easy task.
I don't blame him for the economy, though it was on his watch that we went into a recession. There were a lot of things going on that were beyond his knowledge and reach.
I blame this man for degrading the office of the presidency after leaving office. He has no dignity if he thinks that it's okay to run his mouth the way he does about the current president. He and Carter are both fools for making us look bad. They ought to know better.

Clinton did a bit more than have an affair. For instance, there's been 7 affairs documented; he lied to a Grand Jury (which cost him his license to practice law); he looted the Social Security Trust Fund to balance his budget; he allowed a lot of attacks on Americans to go unanswered which has emboldened the terrorists; he was up to his neck in the Whitewater land swindle; and let's not forget the Sandy Berger coverup. That had to be on orders from Clinton because Clinton signed the permission slip allowing him to get his hands on the classified documents.
President Bush, on the other hand, has not been involved in any sort of scandals. He has now stated publically that some mistakes may have been made and he took responsibility for those mistakes, something you'll never, ever hear Clinton do, and is moving forward rather than trying desperately to cover his tracks, like Clinton did.

God I hope you are not an American citizen asking this question. We have term limits on our President. The can only serve two terms. That is how long Bill Clinton served. He didn't get the boot, his two terms expired.

There is a two-term limit for the President of the United States. He was not removed from office by Congress.

He didn't get the "boot." He served 2 full terms (8 years) and that's the maximum amount of time you can be president.
