It depends on 2 things...what sort of coursework did your degree include and was there one area you enjoyed more than the rest. Was there a programming class you hated and a networking class you loved?
Look for work in the area you liked best.

Employers are funny...if you have a degree they want certifications, and if you are certified they want a degree. So since you have the degree, I'd suggest maybe trying to get a certification instead of committing to a couple more years for a Masters.

Employers also want a 20 year old with 30 years of experience, so ANY job in the field is better than nothing to get a foot in the door.

You will have more scope in future for MCA rather than Bsc.
