We are kids let us live life and make simple mistakes to learn the big ones we'lll probably learn too human nature. We learn daily the outcome of our behaviours, we don't need a teacher to reiterate.

.....adopt everyone of them and become their parent. Your job isn't to change them. It's to inform them, to "teach" them. Their parents are the molds, you just can show them by setting your own examples. Good luck. Parenting these days are poor so you have your work cut out for you. I give you much respect for your profession though.

By simply exposing them to a situation which arises form them not being serious....i have personally been through this this and i realized what i was doing

They might take you more seriously if you learned how to spell and you could construct a proper sentence.

Things is,. depending on what age we are talking here,. most aren't equipped to deal with that kind of rational thaught process yet,.. so good luck...
