The only way to get a crobat is to evolve a golbat. Golbat evolvces into crobat when its happiness has peaked. There are several ways to ensure that your golbat remains happy...
1. Give it lots of items
2. Have it participate in lots of battles
3. Don't let it faint
4. Don't give it any items from the herb shops
Golbat isn't the only pokémon that evolves through happiness. Other pokemon that evolve with happiness include
Pichu = Pikachu
Cleffa = Clefairy (National dex)
Igglybuff = Jigglypuff
Togepi = Togetic (National dex)
Chansey = Blissey (National dex)
Eevee (Day=Espeon)(National dex)
Eevee (Night= Umbreon)(National dex)

get a golbat,then give it an item and keep winning battles with it,don't let it faint,once its happiness is at its peak,level it up by one level and it will evolve,or you can check with the girl in verdanturf town,next to wally's house to the left

You have to get a golbat then it evolves by friendship so dont feed it bitter herbs
