there is a Long list of things that should be considered many are determined by how the chapel will be used what number can be expected to be there at any given time and what denomination of religion will be using it or if it is and all faiths deal. check out some of the chapels in your area and see what they have done with regards to your questions and that might help you decide more of what to ask
