I have tropical fish and my male guppies are attacking one of my female guppies, why?

Its probably because its not well and weak and if it is in distress the outher fish will sence this and attack it and if it dies will eat it; Its not nice but thats how nature is sometimes if you can isolate it maybe it wil get better.Good luck
