India is not touring Windies. Widies are here in India.
However I strongly feel, the team management is making a huge mistake. They would repent.

Irfan was not selected for westindies bcoz of his poor form in bowling.He has not bowled in the past tours.I think laxman should have got a chance in odi instead of raina.

because not of his poor form to give a chance to the youth because Irfan was playin in domestic cricket and improving his fitness and confidence for the world cup 2007 we should remember that he is going to play a key role in world cup

yes i think it is good that irfan is not selcted for the west indies tour because he should strenthen his bowling and and he should remember that he was taken in the indian team as a good bowler and if he want to become a allrounder than there should be no effect on his bowling

Irfan is not selected bcoz he did not go to Wasim Akram for tips to improve his bowling (batting is already strong enough) skill.

His form is not that good. Even in the Ranji matches he failed. His work with the bat was certainly appreciable but he cant be selected as a batsman as everyone expects him to deliver with the ball.

irfan is basically to be considered in the indian team as a bowler but from his last performances he is been proving as a batsman who can bowl..i think he should prove himself again in the domestic mathcs as a bowler..there are too many batsman in the indian side but less bowlers..every bowler wants to bat who will bowl?

He is not in good form. But If he worls hard and plays well in the next domestic cricket matches they might put him on the sude to verse Sri Lanka. So he better play well.

i think it's good choice because he can improve his career by playing in domastic games. then he will ready for World Cup.
