Those little guys are very versatile.
1. Yes because they are still alive there is always that possibility.
2. Yes the female uterus is very deadly place for sperm. A woman's uterus is made to fight off infection. So a little air and water has little effect. It will die but not immediately
3. Dude when you have sexual contact you will always have the possibility. I am not saying its impossible. Condoms, pills, contraception in general does not work 100% so why would you situation be any better.

If you washed you should not be concerned. If you got semen on your hands and then fingered her, yeah, you could impregnate her, it has happened. Semen inserted into vagina means potential pregnancy.
The sperm in semen can live for a couple of days, check the web for your own verification.
If you wash well, or keep your own hands away from your semen you should have no probl.
