I'm thinking about starting my own business as a life coach.

I would and have. Coaching can be of great benefit to just about anyone, and it isn't just for fixing problems - it can help you make good things better. Don't be thrown off by the numerous nay-sayers you'll find here; based on their comments I don't think any of them have any idea of what a coach realy does.

Just do some reflection beforehand to decide what you want from a career. Coaching, like any other profession, should be what you want to do and love to do, not just what you think you "can" do. If you want to discuss more, contact me via Answers and we can chat about it.

I would not and although many many people need one like they need a shrink. You will probably find it hard to make a full time living off of this for quite a while. A consideration is maybe linking up with a psychiatrist for referals, but very difficult business they are paying out of pocket. for an inatngible service.
