get some more sleep .....when you alone do things that make you feel better about yourself like having a relaxing bath, and some times when i feel down i draw or listen to music or maybe you need a change ,do something you have never done before or wear something you would never usually wear and if it looks funny laugh at yourself or get a new hair style...

life is what you make it if you feel better about yourself it helps and in return you start loving your life.

you need to help your life to become better it wont just happen...

i sometimes feel like that. Imagine all the great things you have in life. I'm sure u have really good friends that would love to see you laugh and have a really good time. Have you thought about what does make you so down whenever you go out with friends? You should talk about something like this with a close friend or something.

haha, i'm currently having the same problem as you, well during my peruniversity studies in A-level i was with a bunch of happy and seriously outgoing friends, and i do love to hang out with them sooo much, each day is like so fun for me
now in my university studies i have entered a new course with only 15 people in my class compared to A-level which has around 30 over students and all of them are my good buddies, i just felt so down, most of my A-level friends have went to other unis to study and some has went overseas to pursue their studies, and the girl i liked for 1 and a half years has just got herself a girlfriend overseas so i was kind of devastated, my current class ain't that outgoing at all and we barely talk to each other
well what i am telling myself is just to be grateful with what we have now, the past is the past, they will still be your friends no matter where they are although some of them might forget you when they find a new group of friends, but it can't be helped, i might as well concentrate on my studies and get good results which could make me happy also, accept things that is currently happening, feeling down would not help anything, just take what comes and try to think positively.

Sounds like you could be depressed. See a doctor as soon as possible. I take meds for depression and now I enjoy simple things like friends, dog walks, etc.

Dear Katarina, 1st.of all you think that you are most happy person in the world and thanks to THE GOD for every thing HE has given to you.Next when ever these negative thoughts comes to your mind try to remember those happy movements in your past life , your positive thought will help you and your life in happy mood always.Try to-day......Good Luck..Deepak

Sounds simple to fix, try a more positive attitude but I feel it may be more deep rooted than that. You may have a chemical imbalance, suggest you see a good GP for a good check up.

You might have depression, which is nothing to be ashamed of. It is a chemical imbalance that can be helped with medication. You should talk to your doctor about it.
