I've done it before but can't remember how. I can see that RSS folders are created as standards in Yahoo! Mail but not Windows Live & it seems like it's disappeared from Google too.

I'm not aware of OL 2003 being able to read feeds without the use of a 3rd party app. Two that come to mind are NewsGator Inbox and Attensa.

Attensa is free
