yes she can still get pregnant it only takes one micro sperm to do the job.
Yes sperm can still survive in air other wise how do they get men to ejaculate into a cup for IVF.

Sperm in vagina can = pregnancy whether it is put in by a finger or a balloon. The likelyhood of this happening is remote but hey stranger things have happened. Oh sperm live for hours outside of the vagina.
