My 46 year old soul mate , love of my life best friend just passed away 12-30-06 unexpectedly from cardiac arrest resulting from congestive heart failure and im having trouble comprehending that we willl no longer know and communicate with each other, "Where is he ?"

I personally believe we all have souls that are eternal, that exist in one of two places forever after death - heaven or hell. I feel that a belief in the sacrifice of God is essential in knowing where a person will reside. I encourage you to see a spiritual leader of your choice to develop a better understanding of your love one's eternal fate.

Death is part of life, learn to apreciate this beautiful cicle. Cry to the heavens and to the trees and to the river, cry until you get tired and then observe the movements of the other souls around you. The tree speaks, the animals will talk, the wind will bring voices, the clouds will draw figures. Feel that little whisper behind you, a sign of positive confort.
some believe that his spirit will come back as some other living species, other believes that he will be in the heavens, other believe that he is just born into eternity and soon you will joing that eternity but not before ending your natural course in thie earth.
Go to a river, a calm and quite river, sit down for a second, wear white, wear the clothes that he tought look good on you. Walk slowly to the edge of the river and sit for a second and talk to him, you have to be very calm and very appreciative of the sounds. Tell him the things you couldnt tell him, cry and tell him you miss him, then smile and star telling him those crazy memories that you shared together. Then, shut up, keep your mouth shut for a second, then close your eyes and ask for strenght, soul strenght, internal strenght, too keep walking the natural course. Soon you will find that internal energy then you can go back to your place and come back and fear no death, fear the weirdos alive, fear no death, fear and love the weirdos living. We are all walking the life. We love, this might be the voice of the animas, the elders, the friends, the co[workers, the one who is here loving you.

I'm so sorry to hear that, Its hard to loose anyone close and i think we all have this feeling. This question relates to faith what you believe in. Thats all that matters the fact that you miss and love this friend is enough I'm sure if he/she knew they would be so proud of you. Im sure they love and miss you too and would want you to continue with your life and be happy. Your faith will guide you.
I'm not a religious person but I would never question anyones faith

Believe, if you believe in such things which i do believe you do... he or she is somewhere beautiful, happy looking at you. just talk to him/her when you before you sleep, before you do something that both of you usually did together... even though you don't really get a real answer, just believe that she/ he will hear you, then you will be able to do things without fear...
