You can rephrase your first sentence to make it correct by putting the word feeling before the word guilt.

Never once have I felt so guilty, feeling guilt for being labeled as "black."

Just a side comment but why should people feel guilt with their skin color? I mean all of us are humans. Skin color does not define the value of our humanity.

It really ought to be, "Never once have I felt so guilty for being labeled as 'black.'" Or, "Never once have I felt so guilty for being labeled 'black.'"

But I'd go with the second if I had to choose between the two you have.
