I face a severe problem of losing my sleeps thinking abt the worries of others. I have tried all means to get rid of it but it doesn't work. This is affecting my day to day life. What is my problem?

You obviously need to talk to someone really dear to you, in your case, the ones you worry about so that you may have some peace of mind. you should seek help from the ones you know who are also worried about you before you seek prfessional help. your friends and loved ones are really lucky to have you, someone who is very concerned, but wait till you see their reaction when they get to know that you are losing sleep for them, honestly, i know they don't want you to keep this up.

Is it really your own heart feeling the problems of others? or Are you trying to satisfy some hidden feeling by worrying about others?
First you need to ask your self how cruxial are those problems affecting your life.
Second, you need to get a little selfish and drink one huge cup of camomille tea and meditate not about your own problems but about how so many good things you have. Try to block the taughts about the problems of others by saying to your self, stop, stop, stop, louder if you can.

Third, if there is a problem that can be solved then dont worry about it, have patience, if there is a problem that cannot be solved then worry about it will not do anything good. Just keep living a healthy life.

Live like a baby for a day, eat, drink piss, smile, cry, and dont think about the problems of others just for one day, just think about your own priviledges, I'm sure you have many if you did not realize it. Get a little selfish just for one day and you will find out that sometimes you might have to cut a little finger to save a hand.

You sound like a caring person,but you worry about others so you don't have to face the problems in your own life.

i would go and see someone cos you are obviously worried about worrying for other people. speak to yor doctor and he will be able to help you.
