the zoo is split into 17 animal sections,
Hoofed animals (Giraffes & okapis, Bongos, tapirs and Red river hogs) Birds of the North Bank ( owls, walk through aviary, ducks, and peacocks )
Small Mammals (otters, Rodents, lemurs, squirrels etc)
Moonlight World (Lorises, Bushbabiesm bats and possums)
Birds of Prey and Parrots ( title kinda explains this one!)
Water Birds and Cranes (this includes the flamingos and Penguins)
Web of life (spiders, bettles moths, butterflies ans stick insects)
Inverterbrates (a extra part of the web of life)
Cats and Dogs (tigers, maned wolf, lions and Red pandas)
The Bird House (Frogmouthd, Hornbills, Toucans, Lovebirds and Turacos)
Childrens Zoo (Reindeer and Farm animals)
Pet Care Centre (budgies, Rabbits, Rats, Chinchillas and Goldfish)
Camels and hippos (inclusdes the pygmy hippos)
Apes and Monkeys (Gorillas, Chimpanzees, Gibbons, Spider Monkeys and Lemurs)
Reptiles and amphibians (Snakes, alligators, lizards, tortoises and poison frogs)
Aquarium (Reef fish, mangrove display, paddle fish and piranhas)
Bears and langurs (sloth bears and Langur monkeys)
Whipsnade Wild animal Park has some larger animals like Rhinos, Hippos
and Marwell zoo I think has the elephants that used to be at London zoo.
I personally think London zoo is a bit run down now, the cages are too small and the animals seem unhappy, I would rather see the animals in the wild.
Hope this helps.

Poor, miserable animals that should not be residing in the middle of a city in the UK but living in the wild!
