in my opinion i do no longer imagine he's sending sufficient troops. Your competition about slaughter shows that you're disconnected from truth. 3000 squaddies in 3 years constitutes between the most efficient invasions from a casualty standpoint ever. If Bush is there to scouse borrow the oil the position is it? No evidence that even one drop stolen except on your fantasy concepts. you're extra truly clueless on Somalia. we've not attacked Somalia, we've bombed terrorist camps in help the authorities's own strive against hostile to terrorism. you recognize i do not call a lot of people terrorist sympathizers, yet you fairly in tremendous condition the bill depending on the actual incontrovertible truth that you won't be able to or gained't recognize acceptable action hostile to those animals. the in trouble-free words blind human being I see right it is you. Uzlu2919: no longer anybody disagrees with Bush. Kindly state your human being reviews, yet quit attempting to communicate for some thing else us. charlzy: same answer as above. i'm American and that i do help the action. communicate for your self and under no circumstances for me or all and sundry else. Dex: Semper Fi and thanks on your service to this large land of ours.

I am a vet so I have been on the lines. I also have friends and family in Iraq, including some Iraqi Shiites living just outside of Bag dad. They don't think it is a pointless war at all. What are you? As far as killing Al-Aida members we will fight them wherever we can find them, and happily kill them.
As for Bush, if you actually knew anything, he is a terrible public speaker, that is always screwing up the English language, oil and gas cost us less before the war, and he is already the most powerful person on the planet, and I don't think any of your third rate Middle Eastern serfdom's will increase his power any. I will pay more for my gas, listen to Bush bumble statements, if it means we get to kick the crap out of the little girl Al-Qaida hide behind women Islamic Militants. Next round maybe the chicken s**t Hezbollah boys that have your teenager commit suicide for the cause while they hide in a hole!
And to Miss Dubois- My last name is Grenoble and now I see why my family left France 300 years ago. All of our Military is well educated, on the average better than those that do not join, All of our officers have college degrees along with alot of enlisted soldiers. What America calls it's poor for the most part, live as well as Europes middle class. Our economy is going great, our unemployment is half of yours, our taxes are lower, and while we have the problem of millions of people trying to get into our country illegally ( I suppose because they want to be deprived right) they do not burn cars in the streets here. Your country cries about our human rights, but we treat our illegal aliens better than France treats their citizens. Clean your room first, before you gripe about mine.

Not all Americans are blind, believe me.
I know enough off them who aren't and I am European.
And really, I read that too and I too ask myself the same question maybe not in the same words, though.
And it has always been that way with wars...
Most of the time the kids of the power men usually don't go to war.
For so far I know, many Americans are in the army because they have practically no choices.
Many are from not well-to-do backgrounds...
And I think, you are right to apologise about calling a whole folk stupid...
How would you feel if I was saying that about yours?
You would probably call me a racist...

So according to you, and most democrats, Bush is the bad guy and the terrorists are good. After all, america cant win right, the soldiers must be as spineless as the writer of this question (who im sure has never fought for anything in his life). Give me a break, no wonder I vote Republican, Democrats are sissys. Id hardly call Iraq a slaughter, especially when compared to Nam/WW2/WW1

The USA suffered 81,000 casualties in a few days fighting at the Battle of the Bulge in WW2. 3000 men in 4 years is anything but a slaughter. We are in Iraq because of our UN commitments and YES if Oil is threatened we are here to protect the world economies as well. there is no way the world is going to sit back and let some NUT like saddam threaten the Global economy.

Sending more troops will mean more casualties. Stop the war since a government was already established in Iraq that replaced the regime of Saddam.
