My brother has just started a new job which involves a lot of walking and being on his feet all day. Yesterday (his 4th day in the job) the arch on his right collapsed. He said he was in real pain but managed to get through the day.
Is there a quick fix to remedy a fallen arch? Hes terrified to losing his job as hes been out of work for such a long time.

not really an internet related question, but long term he needs to see his gp who will refer him to a specialist, short term you can get over the counter arch supports from a chemist.
