The creation account is taken from the text of a poem known as The Voluspa, one of the poems in the Poetic Edda, which is a collecitn of much older poetic works concerning the Norse Gods that was recorded in the 13th century by the Icelandic scholar Snorri Sturlusson. Beyond that there really is not a specific name for the story, which is told in its entirety in several places, including the Prose Edda.
