Hi, i have got a vitamin E cream to apply at night to fight ageing n make my skin soft n glowing. But the problem is that it is very rough n doesnt slide on my skin easily?....is it safe to apply it on my face skin....will it help me with anti-age benefits n make my skin soft?...please help!

yes. the sticky ones are usually concentrated and if you try the ones in capsules (the ones u drink as supplements), they are really sticky. To apply, wash your face first. Then treat your face with warm steam to open the pores. Or simply wash ur face with warm water. Then you apply the vitamin E cream. dont rub too hard or you'll get wrinkles. Apply dots of vitamin E on your forehead, cheeks, and other parts of ur face. Then gently spread and massage. Leave it there and treat ur face with the warm steam again. and then after about 15 minutes, get some facial tissue and pat it on your face. Remember not to wipe. just pat it to wipe the shine away. Continue patting until ur skin is not sticky anymore. Then you can sleep with it and have a wonderful smooth skin the next morning.

hi there some times it will break you skin out and yes it is rough you may be better take the pill. and going with something like an anti-age cream like Oliy or [L'Oreal Revita night cream and face& neck for the day good luck.
