I would go with a magazine...
But studies show that it's better if you let your mind rest at least for an hour before going to bed... So why not have a glass of milk and head to bed :D

I'd say magazine - or a book would be better. It's best to give your body a rest from all foods at night. A magazine is ok but switching between short, snappy articles can keep you alert. A good cosy book is your best bet.

milk and a magazine... did you know that having dairy products before sleeping... makes your mind dream more? and so that you wake upand remember having it.. or parts of it? i think it could be something chemical... try it! have some milk/ cheese etc before bed.
