i live in England, and I have blue eyes, and black hair, my dad is Devonian and has blue eyes and black hair, but my mum is Kentish and has blue eyes and blonde hair. if i take my class at school for example: everyone is caucasian, over half i would say have blue eyes, a few blond haired people, a few black haired, but mostly brown. that is pretty typical of my area, but i think the hair colour would get fairer if you move further north, or go to scandinavia. btw i live fairly ruraly, it is probably more accurate as it hasnt really been hit by immigration. I like blue eyes too, brown are so boring, and its good because they arent even that common here

well my whole family have blue eyes and we live in south Africa but my ancestor come from Ireland and Scotland but we all have dark hair so i guess if you looking for blue eyes those are the to places to go maybe hungry have blue eyes and blond hair try there
