Yes, I heard there will be a Season 5 with Rosie O'Donnell's character coming back and going into business with Sean & Christian. They will open a clinic in Hollywood.

I hope not. This last season sucked. I watched it faithfully up to season 3 and these last 2 I'd watch a half hour every couple of weeks. I watched the last episode and it did seem like an ending to me.
