I think the Pinoy culture will have less of an effect as time goes by yet we will keep a few traditions. For instance, calling your older brother kuya or calling your older sister ate will stay. Church will still be a part but not as much. But as time goes on, we get more influenced by Western/American culture. Walk into a mall and you see all these foreign chains. Walk into a music store and something like 80% of the things sold there are foreign. Notice how magazines such as FHM and Maxim that began in the US have Philippine editions now. Language wise, the numbers of languages spoken are decreasing. More people are speaking English only or maybe English/Tagalog. I would first recommend that you define Philippine culture and beliefs for your report and concentrate on specific beliefs. Respect of elders and calling the friends of your parents tito and tita will probably continue. Good luck.
