Whenever I'm driving the car and push in the clutch when coming to a stop, the rpm's will drop down to around 500, then move back up to 1000, then back down to 500, and up again...this happens a few times, then it usually goes back to normal. This doesn't happen everytime the clutch is pushed in(or when in nuetral), but it has been happening more frequently. Any ideas what could be causing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The first thing to do is to check for any codes set in any of the modules. These can give clues to what is going wrong. If there is none, a thorough check of tune condition, filters(gas and air), spark plug wires, spark outputs, and maybe even fuel pressure. If all checks are good, you should check for any vacuum leaks or unmetered air leaks into motor. Then check into the data for the motor while the motor is acting up and see which sensor or device is acting up. You might just be having a problem with a sticky IAC motor which requires cleaning or replacement. Cannot stress enough to you of the need to properly diagnose these types of problems before replacing parts. These cars had some serious problems with grounds corroding at the battery tray and below it. This caused all sorts of driveability problems so this should be checked.

The easiest thing to try first is a gas treatment to see if it'll clean out your injectors etc. The rule is the more it costs the better it is!
Otherwise, you'll probably have to find out if a fuel sensor may be shorting out. Definitely have it checked if it continues as it may cause you to have an unintentional accident if you lurch forward when it reves high.
