Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee.
Who'd win a fight between Ali and Lee?
Ali outweighs him, he'd be hard to beat.
But Lee was so fast, and could use his feet.
Bruce knew more moves, flying kicks to the head!
But Ali would win, cuz he isn't dead.

Bruce Lee could jump into Ali's face and kick him in the nose 3 times before Ali would know what hit him. Bruce Lee could also crack one or both of Ali's legs with a few leg sweeps. Remember when he fought Kareem Abdul Jabbar in one of his movies--and it was just for fun? That would give you some idea how Bruce could handle someone that's over 7-ft & a black belt. Bruce Lee "invented" his own Tae Kwon Doe techniques and opened up a School in the San Francisco-area before he became an actor. Another thing, Bruce Lee's body was entirely a weapon.

Bruce Lee wins hands down. This man was a martial Arts genius!1) Martial Arts Trumps Boxing any day of the week.2)Bruce is skilled in striking with both the foot as well as the hand in an incredible array of attacks,Ali is obviously not as verstile[imagine what would Ali do if his hand got broken during the fight-he'd be screwd.Bruce on the other hand would bandage up and just do flying kicks at your ***.3)If it is a street fight Bruce could use a weapon better then Ali as much of his training delt with weaponry!4)Bruce would scare the **** out of Ali with his vocalizations!
Ali has height and weight advantage ,but bruce lee overwhelmingly is at an advantage particularly in a street fight.

Bruce Lee.
1...He's more agile and lower in body fat.
2..Better winded because he could run 5-miles at a seven minute pace.
3...He invented and made weights to work the whole body, and the focus was on every body muscle group so his whole body was like a weapon.
He would have worn Ali out, and then used one of his iron fists to lay him out. Maybe Ali could've gone a few rounds, but certainly would not have lasted 15 rounds with the Master Fighter, Bruce Lee. You should check out his diary where he describes his daily routine from 9am until 9pm every day but Sundays. It is mind boggling. I got tired just reading it!!

I Love Muhammad But Lee Would Win

I LOVE Muhammad Ali, BUT, Bruce Lee would have needed about five seconds to whoop his butt. Lee was MUCH more than just an actor, he was a martial arts innovator and a very unique talent. He could whoop in real life as well, it's well documented!

Awsome question though, I love one's like this!

1- Lee knew defensive manuvers that a "puncher" couldn't handle
2- Lee was could grapple and force him to submit and he knew pressure points
3- Lee used his feet, elbows, hands, everything!

Bruce Lee:

1. Strength
2. Style
3. Spirit

The person underneath me, I would presume, has not studied about Bruce Lee. Bruce Lee was the founder of Jeet-Kun-Do which is practiced a lot here in America. Before he could be an actor, he was under training in China.

Bruce Lee

1) His ability to kick gives him a distance advantage
2) His grappling ability....he'd take Ali down to the ground where Ali's punches would be virtually ineffective
3) Speed

Ali, hands down, as: 1) Ali was an athlete and a well trained boxer : 2) Bruce Lee was an actor, and all his "Fights" were choreographed : 3) Ali was a Heavy weight, and he had much more power in his punches, I believe he would have laughed at Bruce Lee when (and if) he landed a punch on Ali.
