this question is for non bihari. what u think abt Bihar. if u get the chance to visit/settle in bihar.will u ?

Bihar is rich in resources. Politicians for selfish goal made the State backward and crime prone. I am non Bihari, visited Bihar and found people friendly though poor. When one starves, he would definitely try to steal a morsel of food.

Bihar is very back-end state in India there are lot of uneducated people, that's why bihar state is stuck in race of development.the important thing is lack of education,electric, transportation & etc.All the thing happened by the corrupt leaders anybody well known about leaders of bihar.

in india bihar ki haalat sabse kharaab hai.in bihar daily khoon kharaba hona aam baat hai.vahan ki police bure logon se mili hui hai .is karan BIHARsabse pheeche hai

NO USE. lal spoilt the state . still they are as barbarian . no one could not change the state. i don want to visit this state even they offer free ticket.
