its all about release point...if ur throws are going high and to the left then ur releasing the ball way to early...but that has alot to do with you rushing urself and it gets into ur head each time you make a bad throw...the thing about being a pitcher is you have to have short term memory, forget about the past pitch, throw, batter or whatever and focus on whats going on at the time...

i think youre releasing the ball too soon and not following through on your throws. You can try to take the ball out of the glove sooner.

Are you finding yourself throwing kinda sidearmed? that may be it? Try not to think about it when you're in the field, it'll only compund the issue, like w/ Chucky Knoblauch... man did his head get messed up in NY!
