No, she will have to go through most of India if her experiences were anything like mine.
Don't get me started on BT! Bunch of inept tw@ts. I mean how hard can it be to provision me with a new phone service and Broadband... after all it is their business!

Probably, my uncle had a ton of trouble when he tried getting broadband from BT.

Well she is lucky if she can do that, most of us have to make do with a voice on the phone from some call centre in India.
