Steve Morrow - Dallas Burn/FC Dallas (then became their head coach later on)
Ian Bishop - Miami Fusion
George Best wasn't English. Rodney Marsh, Frank Worthington and Bobby Moore did indeed go to the USA and played in the North American Soccer League.
