Well - do you believe that killing a fish is murder?? A foetus feels less pain than a fish. Actually, if done before 10 weeks, it is believed the the foetus feels no pain. If you are speciesist and anthropocentric, you may consider it to be murder, because you might argue that the human species is more divine than others.
Because I believe that there is little difference between a cow, dolphin, elephant or human foetus (and there isn't - we even have gills at that stage!) then why is it murder??? It is better to avoid it, but I believe it is far worse to slaughter a fully sentient cow. I've thought about this!!!!

look, this question is just not black and white,
and plus the law defines murder, when u kill a human being, so if u have just been pregnant a week, not technically murder....
plus there are circumstances that u might imagine abortion to be acceptable - if a girl was raped or incest was committed, still not the child's fault, but u can understand if the parent might not want the child
really the key is that it depends on the situation

Some women do not really have a choice. I am talking of women in poor countries where condoms and the like are not really known. I countries where all these are available to anyone, it sure is.

Nope.. In order to live you have to be born. See, conception doesn't mean you are a living human... You might be a living organism, but not a human. And by definition murder is the killing of a human...
If a butterfly killed a caterpillar in a cocoon, did he murder a butterfly? Not by definition.

yeah.. abortion is nothing but killing a child who hasn't born na.. so ofcouse as months started it is alive person.. and to kill a live person obviously a murder.. I suggest better to prevent pregenancy or if it is done by mistake you should have guts to accept it

there are a lot of debates about this.. try a religious site.. iv just studied it and there are many different arguments becos it all depends when u consider the babay to be human.. if u consider the embryo to be human then yes it is

Yes! An unborn child has as much right to live as you or me. They may not be able to say that they wish to live so more us need to speak for them.

yes they may not be a humen life yet but they are going to be so it is murder because your baisiclly taking the babies life away from them
