Beathing this form of Ganondorf is very similar to the Goat ranglling, except you have to be in Wolf form.

Watch the circles around the edge. If one of them turns blue, he's going to come out of it. As he does, lock onto him. When he gets close, hold down the A button and Midna will being him grinding him to a halt. Once he's stopped, keep hold of A and push the control stick to the right or left rapidly. Midna will then turn him onto his side. this is your chance. Go to his belly and attack him there. Use the A button to latch on and hammer the A button to cause damage.

Watch out because sometimes, he'll try and drop on you from above. Evade him and then use the same tactic. Once you've beaten this form, all that's left is a fight on horseback followed by a swordfight to complete the game.
