How do I write a follow-up to a negative feedback on eBay?

I received my first neg. feedback on eBay tonight and can't figure out how to reply to it....any help?

I need to know HOW to write a follow-up to the neg feedback. Is there a button anywhere to press that says "reply" or anything?

Hit Reply on the feedback you want to respond to.

There should be a button to click where you can post your reply comment. click on the highlighted negative feedback maybe it is there.
