Hello,

(ANS) The answer is ZERO risk!! why? because to put it simply instense is just perfumed smoke when it comes down too it. The perfume & the smoke are usually diffused into such tiny amounts within a room or space that the amounts you would breath in would be only a few parts per million. I think going into a normal pub or bar and passively breathing in others cigarette smoke would be far far more damaging in the long term.

**If you still dont feel comfortable, or are still concerned about incense then I guess you could refrain from using them until your baby is born but the risks to your health or the babies health are very small indeed in my opinion.

A mother/baby breathing in incense smoke may as well be breathing in cigarette smoke. Incense has cancerous properties as well, if directly breathed in. If you kept your incense in another room or outside so you get the beautiful smell without the thick smoke. I'm an avid incense user myself.

Incense never harmed any one in the past (orientals). Some fetus are hypersensitive to fumes such as gas (stove). If your baby isn't already in danger (miscarried) than you'll be fine. Thus a well ventilated room/ area be best to conduct such activities. It helps clear both your child & your lungs plus get the benefits of good oxygen & CO2 flow in & out of overall body. Keep up the prays, diet & exercise ... God will bring you wisdom & peace.

For god's sake! I have heard it all now. If you have any worries, don't burn the incense.

It will do no harm whatsoever. Baby will not be harmed, I promise you.
