Is he already married and getting divorced to marry someone else? In any case, "deal him out." The wife in Africa deserves a husband, not an opportunist.

I'm not sure I understand. Are you his wife in Africa? Or is there another woman in Africa? If that is the case, let him go. The more you try to controle him the more he will resent you. That is not fun to hear, but spend time on mending your own life. Find a great church, expand your talents and find time with people that think something of you.

He can't get his residence without being closely monitored by the government. Most governments need proof that they have been in a relationship before expressing their wish to marry, and they'll have to stay together for at least 2 years before he can settle in that country.

My advice is to let him go - he clearly has priorities wrong and do you want to be with someone like that?

Let him be he will feel stupid later cos you cant get a resident permit by marrying someone you have to be married for 5 years first anyway before they give it to you and thats for people that think like that. And then secondly he would have to devorce the first wife first too cos his being a kids and being stupid so just laugh at him! ;)

this is a really hard situation for the wife. I think she needs to deal with this kind of situatiion very carefully. the wife should try to find out that whether he is doing it only for permit or he is really interested to get apart. and try to find out what he is gonna do after he gets that permit.
if he is cheating on you so better complain against him before he gets permit. lol

It's not right and you should get as far away as you can. He can get into a lot of trouble if things don't work out. You don't want any part of that, so let him know that it's wrong and then move on.

It is bigamy. He can be charge and sent to prison.
And the woman that marries him will be also charge for consorting in 'Marriage of Convenience'
Get him reported.

Good Luck
