Sounds like she has a very healthy diet!!!! Well done! Instead of sweet potato try carrots. Leave the banana for a few months until her digestive system is used to it...If you find that she is still constipated give her more pears.

As a rule don't feed nuts to children under 1 (5 if there is a history of nut allergies in the family)....1 its a choking hazard 2. many young kids are allergic to nuts and 3. they are hard for their little systems to digest. Instead of nuts try adding legumes...like cooked and puree lentils with veggies.
Fruit juice is of no benefit to your baby at this time it may do more harm than good as it has a high sugar content (its really concentrated fruit) stick to formula, water and fresh fruit. Stay away from dairy and eggs until she is one year old they tend to be hard to digest and big allergens, avoid wheat products as well.

Spinach and other leafy veggies are great as long as you really puree them......she may not like the stringy texture.

Your fortunate. My 10 month previous takes 2 naps an afternoon, as quickly as we get abode from artwork, he eats supper, takes his tub and is waiting for mattress with tips from 7:30, he sleeps till approximately 5:30 or 6:00. He purely began drowsing all nighttime approximately 2 months in the past. Your toddler sounds positive.

Meat & leafy veg at 7-9 months.
egg at around 10-12months (potential allergy there)
Uncooked fruits from 7months
pasta & caseroles from 9 months (cut up small)
finger food such as soft bread from 7 months if your baby has been eating for at least 6 weeks
Cheese from around 7-8 months
cows milk from 12 months
From 7 months onwards you need to increase the texture of foods from pureed to mashed & increase it each month or as tolerated by your baby.
Sounds like you are on the right track - your babies diet sounds wonderful.

you can give boiled egg in the afternoon, and take all cereals equal portion, with wheat & ragi, dry it, make medium fried without oil and take to a machine and grind it to flour, store it in dry container. in the morning boil milk or water mix the powder with sugar or salt keep it some time on the stove for 5 min. after it becoming warm you can feed you baby. you can also feed idlis (south indian) to you baby.

you really need to talk to the babys doctor- you should not introduce anything without speaking to the doctor first.
regardless of her age now-all babies are different and have different things going on inside their bodies--your baby's tummy may not be ready to handle any kind of fruits/veggies--please talk to the doctor before giving anything else.

Please follow doctors' advice.

Don't try something on kids, just by reading some anonymous information.
