Not normally but if you have a small v***na which got stretched affecting the urinary sphincter then it could happen but it is very rare.

No, unless you are very small and he is very big. If your urinary sphincter is weakening, don't wait, start doing exercises now to strenghten your muscle. When you urinate stop the flow midway, this is the muscle that you need to work on. Learn how to exercise it several times a day. You can reverse any weakness in this muscle and have better sexual experiences once you learn to control it during intercourse.

No, I don't think so. It can cause you to have urinary infections though, because of the friction.
