Easy....Dont give him a greencard ;)
tell him you cant sponser him etc due to past sponserships through your family and see if he sticks around then.
There are other options to get abroad...But number one thing I think you need to look at is....if you are doubting him then should def assess how the serious the relationship is.
If he did honestly love you and knew your had doubts about this he would never even imply or take a 'sponser' from you out of respect

tell him that you love him too but that you are not going to sponsor him to get a green card but instead tell him you would like him to bring you back to the philippines and instead sponsor you to be a filipino and demand that you would like to live in the philippines instead, not in the us of a., if he balks at that that means that he just want to use you for green card so get away from him. marriage of convenience is now difficult to have because the ins only give a expiration date on their issued green card expecially if they suspect there is some illegality involved.

do you look like one of us? can you be perceived to be a filipina?
if you do then you dont have any problem.then act like you are a native. if not tell him that you are intending to migrate to the phil.
no matter what. you are already decided on that.....then see what his reactions toward you thereafter. you will know......
