How can i disable built in firewall of DSL-200, adsl modem?

I heard if i type my computer ip address in my browser, then i could access to the modem built in firewall sitting, but it doesn't work.

the IP address of the router should be the same as your default gateway address.

check your documentation in basic setup instructions it should state what the default IP address, user name and password is..

you type the routers/modems IP address, not your computers. it should be in your manual.
