Have your friends and family give you practice interviews. Take it seriously, and make sure they come up with hard questions related to the field you are looking to interview.
Just remember that many interviewers are just making sure you have the basic knowledge even if they give you tough questions. They just want to see how you react in difficult situations. If you show your frustration, then you've lost. If you lie, then you have lost. If you cop attitudes, you've lost. It's actually okay not to know everything, but don't pretend that you do, nor be self-righteous if you do know everything.
