How do you define a fan? What purpose does it serve to be one? Are you a true fanatic and know all the players of your team or just a follower? Why do people always think they are experts of sports?

a fan is someone who believes in a team and cheers them toward their goals. there does not need to be a purpose. it just feels good to be a part of a winning effort. you don't have to know every player to be a true fanatic about your team. it is defined by how much you care not by what you know on any given day. people are always trying to look good by having sports knowledge. don't sweat it.
