you are alive because a sperm united with the egg inside your mother it developed into a baby and became you. there is no god there never was and it is a superstition that was used to explain thunder among other things that primitive people just had to know what made things tick.

You have always been alive -- conscious -- you're just inside another body on your trip through time -- infinity -- consciousness!
God is the same consciousness that caused you to ask this question. Everything that ever was, is or will ever be is that same God -- that same consciousness. Life is an expression of that consciousness but life, as it is taught, on earth at this time, sometimes concerns itself with birth then death because it is in a body and bodies die but consciousness lives forever because it never had a beginning and will never have an end, like the God Consciousness you are waking up to and trying to become by asking this question. Try Meditation and Yoga and there will be no more questions, just the continual blissfull enjoyment of eternity.

i would say that your're alive because its a gift from God, that is ur life is a gift and i hope that u dont waste urself. and if you r still alive until now is because God's blessing..
what i think about God is that God created men n this universe. as the creation of God, we should live our life according to God's word because in the end, we'll go back to Him. Build up ur faith if u wanna know more about God n the purpose of you, read the Holy Bible!! im sure you will find your answers there..God bless!!

You are alive because you have been created by God. That void in your life can only be filled by the One who created you. Your purpose is to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ who died, that you might have life, and to make a difference in the lives of others by pointing them to the Savior.

You are and he is. You need him he dose not need you.
You have sinned against him and you have nothing to repay him with. He loves you and died on the cross to save you from your sins. But you must put your full trust in him. If will seek him seek him early that you may find him. Most will fall because they hate him and he shall in due time destroy all that hate him. But all that put their trust in him shall be saved. Read carefully the other answers. Do many not hate him. And if they say he is not why do they hate him. They both know who he is and yet hate him. Those that seek him shall find him, he promises that. Get yourself a bible (KJV) is a great English Translation and start reading the letters to the Romans, Galatians, and Ephesians. God bless.

Good Question ! Everybody should think about it ...

And of course it has many answers... One of them was given by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, a contemporary "wise man" or enlightened Master from India:
"What is the purpose of life? First let us see, what is NOT the purpose of Life:
The purpose of life is NOT to be miserable and make others miserable!!! But to be happy and make others happy..."

God is the Life, the Consciousness inside You... and in every living Being... and in Nature. The whole Universe is Divine...(Gods Omnipresence) There is nothing OUTSIDE God! And You can find "Him/Her" INSIDE Yourself.
Next Question is :HOW???! Isn't it ?
For that look into That, which is Your "inner Self", Your inner nature. For this we have the help of methods like Sudarshan Kriya and meditation, from the ancient Yogic tradition in India.
Knowledge has 2 aspects: Intellectual knowledge and direct personal experience. Only when You have EXPERIENCED something, You can truly say: I KNOW IT ! The experience of the answers to Your question comes by daily investigation of Your Divine inner "Self" or "Soul" - through meditation.
I have practised meditation since 1970 and have been teaching Thousands of people in Europe & Asia the "Art of Living" Advanced Courses & medtation. I am 54 and look like 35 - also one effect of daily mediatation. :-)
If You want to communicate more, You can contact me. I don't want to disclose my e-mail address here, but if You ask anyone in the Art-of-Living in Germany or Croatia (where I live) for Ananda, they know me and will tell You.

"GOD has 5 activities: Creating, maintaining and destroying the universe, blessing and ... hiding. Where is He/She hiding? In our heart..."

I could go on for hours - but its enough for today...

Lots of Love and best wishes for Your quest for Truth!

:-) Ananda

You are alive to answer a riddle. Which riddle is up to you.

As to God...We must forgive Him...for His forsaking us in His quest to construct other worlds...He must be forgiven for His Fall - for His indifference.

every being created in this world has some very important purpose to serve which can be known by listening to one's heart also that purpose should be understood rightfully...
God is that supreme force if beleived to exist and beleived as a source of faith can act as a tremendous backsupport to rely on, it could act as a source of hope, peace, it can also support one by taking off ecstasy and making one to enter a pure state of bliss....
