Nope. You're sneeze expels air from your lungs and your fart expels gases from your anus...with about 20 feet of intestine between it and your stomach.
I would warn you, however, to take care where you are when you choose to research this dangerously unpredictable phenomenon.
Someplace with lots of easily cleanable surfaces, like a bathroom would be better than a place with lots of carpet, drapes and furniture.

I dont know about your stomach... But i bet there is a vacuum in your brain at the moment....
