Ok, So i'm 16 but I was feeling my balls for some reason and I noticed my left testical wasn't fully round or smooth. on the bottom of it as there is a lump on the roundness of the ball. as it ends and I can feel as it kinda points and feels like a peanut. Its kinda smooshy and slips around when I touch it. I'm kinda worried I dunno what to do. but I mean was can it be?

the end of the testicle isn't smooth it's at the end it feels like an extended bump, just lump. about small peanut size.

thx guys. i mean i have notified my parents yet because I don't know how serious this is or can be. oh and what are signs of testicular cancer.

THX!

i'd like to keep my balls :(

It could just be swollen for some reason, but it's better to get it checked out.

Here is a link to help you do a self-exam on your testicles:

If you think you may have a cancerous lump, go to the doctor. I know it's scary to think you could lose one, but it's better than losing both!

well such self check can be done but to be really sure about the things you suspect it is on your testicles, do go to see a doctor to have a check and to re-confirm your worries as the doctor will be able to find out the problem for you and give you a better answer on how to differentiate. Anyway, an early detection is a good thing. So maybe it is better if you find the doctor about it. This can be a better option.

The lump that you feel is call: the nuts tube...but its not round. Maybe because you haven't reach your purity yet..so your " nuts sack " still growing, the smooshy stuffs you feel is call: " nut juice ", stop meshing with it or you'll have " nuts jammed "..and that not good!

Since you feel it in the same place on on both testes, it is probably the coiled tubes that carry sperm, called the Epididymis.

it is a desise that is called testicular cancer. and it can not be treated. it is usually caused by sex or sexualar activity. in some cases some men even have 2 have their HOLE penis and balls surgicaly removed. and if it spreads anymore it could spread in2 ur leg. so notifiy ur parents and doctors IMEDITILY. ok good luck being a penis and ballless man. i mean if u can even call urself a man w/ no penis or balls. so i guess u would be and inbettweny. ur r tecnicly not a guy anymore. srry for ur luck pale but. KISS UR MANHOOD GOODBYE. HA HA HA HA HA HA HA.

The best thing to do is tell your parents and let them take you to a doctor.
