Why do people from different nationalities and cultures never see eye to eye?

Never? There is a lot of tention between Switzerland and Holland? Belgium and France. Iran and India?
Some nations don't see eye to eye because they have conflicting aspirations, but in reality, most countries in the world are perfectly content with most other countries in the world.

Because some are crossed-eye and also because pigs bowed their heads when they cross the street are ashamed because their parents are pigs.
