Bluing.
It should be near the bleach on the shelf. It's made to counteract that yellowishness. Read the instructions carefully.

try using color safe bleach from Tide. I don't think you will be able to turn your whites white after they turned yellow but you can sure try using real bleach for the all white shirts. I usually separate the whites like this:
underwear and socks-hot water and a cup of bleach,
all white t-shirts and nice shirts-warm water (bleach only if needed
white shirts with logos and little bit of color-start with warm then change the water to cold at half full before the machine starts to avoid the color leaking to the other clothes. If they have stains try treating them with a bleach pen or shout before you wash them.
If you are going to bleach those red shirts don't put any other shirts with them.
Tough spots can also be treated with lemon, salt and sun.
squeeze lemon on the spot and use salt to scrub it in then let it sit in a sunny area for a few minutes maybe half hour. then wash as usual.

Wash all the white together and use bleach. When you are finished hang them outside to dry if you can in the sun. This will whiten them back up faster then anything. Never again buy something red. Just kidding about that one but my family all had pink underpants one years, and that included my son. He was not impressed.

You should separate your laundry...it will make the quality of your clothes last longer. Try washing your whites in hot water with bleach. The new Clorox works great. Good Luck :o)
Honestly, I am not sure if there are many alternatives to bleach, but if you have sensitive skin, you could check, I'm sure they have some type that you can use. I know Dreft is a good laundry detergent for sensitive skin, but I'm not sure if they make bleach.
Good Luck ;o)

Yes. Always seperate the whites from the colors and the colors should be separated into light and dark so nothing gets ruined. Use bleach on your white shirts and bleach for colors on the lights and darks.

As a baker's daughter and a chef's mother, i can confirm that hanging the shirts out to dry outside overnight when its frosty will bring them up lovely and fresh crisp white.... mum always done my dad's bakery whites at the beginning and end of winter, kept them lovely for the rest of the time. So i now do it with my sons chef whites... as long as you wash whites with whites and nothing else. A little bleach in the washer would do no harm too, or net curtain whitener...
Happy laundering....

Seperate your whites from your colors. Use a little bleach when you do, as for the ones already stained throw them out they will never be white again.

You should seperate your whites from your colors and you should use bleach and HOT water, hot water will get your whites the whitest. You may want to also try using one of the special detergents for whites and checking your water. Hard water will yellow whites so if you can add salt to your water softener.

before you put them in the washing machine,
spray them with "spray 'n wash" where its stain and leave for a few minutes and then wash them.you need to bleach them every time you wash them, but just put a little bit of bleach...
If for accident they get mixed with colors and they get stained, don't dry them in the dryer, wash them again with bleach...If you dried them in the dryer I don't think the red stains will come out but you can try and bleach them again...and let them dry flat and keep washing them a few times...I hope it does work for you, good luck! :)
