you need talismans and rune essences to make runes and my username is riczor and lvl 34

You will need the specific talisman for what rune you are trying to make(refer to the runecrafting guide in your skills section). you also need to mine or buy rune essence(can only be done if you finished rune mysteries quest). then if you got rune ess, your talisman(example if you want to make air runes get an air talisman) that you want to use then go to the correct temple.
